Cancellation and Return Conditions

CONSUMER RIGHTS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. By placing an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

  3. Shipping costs, which are shipment expenses, will be borne by the buyers.

  4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the indicated address within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers have the right to terminate the contract.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specified qualities in the order, along with any warranty certificates, user manuals, etc., if applicable.

  6. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyers in writing within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyers within 14 days.

NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE:

  1. If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller is relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD FOR TRANSACTIONS:

  1. If it is determined that the buyer's credit card, used for payment, has been used unjustly by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping expenses to be borne by the seller.

UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED PERIOD DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

  1. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur, preventing the delivery of the product within the specified period, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment made in cash will be refunded within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them and shall not accept any damaged or defective goods/services, such as those with dents, breakages, torn packaging, etc., from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and in good condition. AFTER DELIVERY, the buyer must take care to protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 2, paragraph 3/a of the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" published in the Official Gazette dated March 6, 2011, and numbered 27866, there is no right of withdrawal for distance contracts related to the delivery of food, beverages, or other daily consumables to the consumer's residence or workplace within the regular deliveries of the seller.

In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts/goods and services specified in Article 7, paragraph 4 of the "Regulation on Distance Contracts" published in the Official Gazette dated March 6, 2011, and numbered 27866.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, disposable products, copyable software and programs, perishable goods, expired goods, and goods with a possibility of expiration.

CANCELLATION TERMS

You can cancel your order by notifying us at least 48 hours before the delivery date. We cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after this time.

You can submit your cancellation requests by contacting our customer representative at +90 216 348 4546 or by emailing us at [email protected]. For payments made by credit card, the cancellation information is sent to the bank on the same day. The refund process is at the discretion of your bank.

If you wish to reschedule your delivery date, you need to notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling +90 216 348 4546 or emailing us at [email protected]; otherwise, the rescheduling cannot be arranged.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. If the buyer defaults on the payment made by credit card, the buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank according to the credit card agreement between the buyer and the card-issuing bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; the buyer may be required to cover the resulting expenses and attorney fees, and in any case, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for the damages incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.

  1. On our website, you can make payments with your credit cards using online single payment or online installment options. In online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order.
